Lët’z Move! Functional Fitness - Luxembourg.
We are located near Mullerthal in Waldbillig.
Functional Fitness prepares your body for real life movements and activities. You will start at a beginner’s pace to learn the foundations and gradually ease into it. We offer small classes tailored to your needs (max. 4 people) or individualized programs. Functional Fitness will improve your quality of life whether you are 25 or 65+ years old, through variance of movements and intensity. Functional fitness will help improve your balance, coordination, flexibility, muscle strength and agility. Nutrition plays a key role in the results you will get from the gym. We offer nutritional & lifestyle advise to help you get better results. You will not follow any fancy diet or focus on restriction; we can help you focus on building & keeping good nutritional & lifestyle habits for long term success.

Your coach
I first got into CrossFit in 2013, I started out of curiosity and kept going mainly for the community around it. Quickly it became a passion. CrossFit has changed my life in countless ways, but the most important one to me is relationships.
In 2019, I enrolled to a certification because I wanted to help other people change their life.
After my own struggles to get back to training after my pregnancy, in 2023, I completed a pregnancy and postpartum certification to guide pregnant mamas to keep fit and help them return to exercice postpartum.
If your goal is long term health and fitness, I can help you start your journey or return to exercice.

This is a post-partum program (ever if you have given birth a while ago) which will help you get back to your sport or training.

This program is meant to start after the 6 weeks clearance from your doctor.

Preparation of the body for everyday tasks and other sporting challenges with special consideration of the weak points after pregnancy: focus on the pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and stabilization of the core.
This training program was created with the deconditioned and/or master 55+ athlete in mind.
